The Haunted History Tours, based on the bestselling book series Haunts of Mackinac, will take you, on a 90-minute journey through the historic streets of Mackinac Island. Along your easy paced walk, your personal guide will tantalize you with tales of ghosts, legends, and the darker side of the Island’s “buried” history.
We will cover (walk) about 1 mile over the course of the tour. Comfortable footwear is suggested. We try to limit tours to 30 or fewer guests per group, however, during busy times tours may be slightly larger.
ATTENTION!!! THE TOUR BEGINS AT A NEW LOCATION IN FRONT OF THE ISLAND BOOKSTORE DOWNTOWN. MAKE SURE YOU NOTE THE NEW LOCATION. WE START IN THE ATRIUM OF THE LILAC TREE HOTEL. THANK YOU.
